1995 Nissan Silvia - Blacktop SR20DET, some mods, must sell OBO in Saskatoon, SK

I am selling a 1995 Nissan Silvia. It is a non-HICAS model and has a factory blacktop SR20DET turbo motor. Upgrades include cusco coilovers of unknown model, Apexi exhaust, HKS intercooler.
The car needs a wheel bearing and an alignment / inspection which is all considered in price / offers.
The car is in perfect running condition and has a new Exedy Stage 2 clutch recently installed.
Because of the need for alignment / wheel bearing I will consider offering delivery to a buyer.
